We make a life by what you give Think of giving not as a duty but as a privilege The most noble act is to remove pain from the lives of our fellow human beings We will be blissful only with noble thoughts and noble deeds

          Service to mankind is service to God. This government considers it a sacred responsibility to render help to the poor and needy. We are committed to extend a helping hand to the distressed people. The government wishes to achieve this mammoth task with your kind cooperation.

          For this noble cause, I appeal to all of you to generously donate to the "Chief Minister's Relief Fund" and become proud partners in serving the mankind.

          I appeal to you to extend your perennial support to this continuous service. I hope you would contribute periodically a part of your income to this cause and set an example for others to follow.
